Eight and a half years have passed since the murder of Yuki Yoshida, 7, a first grader in the former Imaichi City, Tochigi Prefecture, but on June 3, the case took a sharp turn.
Takuya Katsumata, 32, an unemployed resident of Kanuma City in the same prefecture, was arrested on suspicion of murder.
